Mac Computers

1. Browser - Safari browser is required to eSign and Firefox browser is required to access the Online Banking web site once your account is setup.

2. eSigning - We recommend copy/pasting the user name and password information directly from the emails you receive from us, rather than retyping them. If the applicant doesn’t have the user name and password correct, the system just blanks out those fields without providing a warning on the screen that the info input is not correct.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or higher version is required to view the eSign documents.

Using a MAC when e-signing - Go to Adobe.com to download and install Adobe Reader.

  1. Double click on your Hard drive
  2. Click on Applications, Find Adobe reader and Double Click on it, double click on the Adobe icon again.
  3. Once Adobe Acrobat Reader is launched you should see “Adobe Reader” in the Finder bar. Mouse over it and click on Preferences.
  4. In the preferences window navigate to “Internet” under Categories and ensure “Display PDF in Browser” is checked.
  5. Restart your Mac.

3. eStatement - You will not be able to access your Electronic Statement if you are using a MAC computer.  In order to see your statement, please fill out a “Contact Us” form requesting to have the statements emailed directly to you.  A password will then be setup so you can open up the statement from your email.
